2013 Organised!

There’s nothing cooler than an organised mum seamlessly running the home, social & family commitments. However, we know with that new baby {and lack of sleep}, that you wouldn’t want to miss an important birthday or forget the eggs to make the birthday cake!

To help you stay stylishly organised we’ve put some top iApps together so you can choose the best ones for you:

LifeTopix is an all round organiser to schedule the top 12 areas of your life.  Tasks & projects, Shopping, Events, Travel, People & Services, Health, Finances, Home & Assets, Educations, Notes, Media & Bookmarks.  Phew, this one covers it all and at only $0.99 it’s a bargain!

Need something minimalist and simple? Astrid is a fun app with voice reminders and free syncing from it’s website and the cloud.

Remember the Milk is for those who want to access their lists from different apps.  You can use Siri, Twitter, Gmail, Outlook etc, you can send yourself SMS or email reminders and is great for those on the go!  Free so you have nothing to lose {but a little precious time!} in testing this one out.

If you’re tech savvy and love the cloud then Wunderlist is probably the one for you.  You can access and share grocery lists, reminders, recurring appointments and keep track of everything on all your devices.  Cost is Zilch so download and give it a try!

Still looking, need more options, check out AppAdvice for the latest on new releases, which of your apps are outdated and what Apps are a must for all your gadgets.

Gifts for Him | Valentine’s Day

There are those who celebrate February 14th {with full romantic enthusiasm} and those, like me, who feel compelled to make a gesture to the day with a splash of red on the dinner table with a token candle!

The most difficult part of  Valentines Day is the ability to find the perfect gift, especially for the man in your life.  Your expression of love needs to be useful, well designed, interesting and not too soppy {you wont find any puppies bounding out of boxes on our list}.

Your gift should not embarrass your partner at next week’s dinner party when he is asked the question ‘What did you get for Valentine’s Day?’  Instead with a gift like one of these, others will surely raise an envious eyebrow… iHelicopter, Hermes Silk Tie, Typo Grid, Lifestyle Pet Furniture.

If you really want a stand out gift for the man who has everything there is only one thing on the list that will blow his mind – a Martin Jet Pack.  I don’t know one man who wouldn’t want one of these to play with on the weekend!
