5 star hotel in Sydney – The Darling

Welcome to Sydney Darling! This Friday will see the official opening of the latest 5 star hotel in Sydney and it couldn’t be more appropriately named with rooms and suites such as; Darling, Jewel, Adored, Stellar and ‘Penthouse’…which clearly needs no explanation.

A celebrity filled event was attended last night by Leonardo DiCaprio and Stevie Wonder to reinforce the calibre of the project. The hotel boasts views from the Harbour Bridge to the Blue Mountains {on a clear day} and is part of The Star complex receiving a huge and gorgeously expensive make over on the old Star City site in Pyrmont.

Every whim will be catered for with a little high end retail therapy {Chanel, Salvatore Ferragamo, Gucci and Bottega Veneta}, 20 restaurants & cafe’s {including Sokyo a restaurant run by former Nobu Chef Chase Kojima, Adriano Zumbo’s new patisserie and Stefano Manfredi’s ‘Balla‘} and to help you get over the dent in the platinum…’The Spa’ at The Darling offers everything you would expect after passing the keys to ‘Valet’.
